4 Axis I/O Control Card
This 4-axis control card was developed so the customer can utilize simple 24VDC outputs to trigger single axis and multi-axis coordinated motion across 4 DYN servo drives. This control card sent DYN232M commands to each axis to improve response time and lower the motion control dependence on the master machine controller.

Multi-Axis HMI
A multi-axis proprietary HMI was developed for an OEM wood processing machine dedicated for the machine operations. The user can select the profile for the wood to be processed then start operation with simple button clicks. The control logic of each axis is pre-programmed into the HMI and triggers motion to each axis accordingly.

Custom Ethernet protocol interface card
To maintain their proprietary communication in their control system. DMM developed a custom Ethernet card and protocol to match their communication to seamlessly interface with their master. By utilizing ultra-high speed SPI communication between the interface card and the servo drive, motor response is almost instantaneous.

2-Axis servo drive with Auxiliary battery logic power
DMM has developed this product for an OEM customer on a robotic application. This 2-axis servo drive allows simultaneous control of one small capacity and one medium capacity motor. The logic power of both axis is powered by a universal battery to maintain logic power for position and alarm tracking even when the system is powered off.

G-code interpreter and encoder compass
This software interface was developed for a scientific research application using PC control. The program can load traditional machine g-code files and run multi-axis motion, while monitoring the absolute encoder in real-time so the operator can visually monitor the motor position to extrapolate data.

3-Phase driver for train horn
The 3-phase brushless motor driver design can also be modified to drive high power speakers and horns. This custom horn drive board was developed with high rigidity and power output. This product is currently utilized by thousands of passenger and cargo trains across the United States and Canada.

Human ventilator flow control feedback
DMM has a long history of developing software and hardware for human ventilator devices. The fundamental control loop used in all DYN servo drives can be modified to achieve safe and effective control of ac motors to control the air pressure in ventilators for assisted or independent breathing.

PID loop customization
The PID feedback loop in DMM servo drives can be customized to perfectly match a unique load type. Typically, the motors can handle up to 20 times load inertia ratio, but certain applications requires up to 100 times load inertia ratio. We can modify the bandwidth and frequency of the control loop to smoothly control these high load application requirements.
