

Return Policy
1. Returns

Eligibility Window: Customers may return unused, uninstalled merchandise within 30 days of the original invoice date.

Condition Requirements: Returned items must be in their original packaging, include all accessories, manuals and any supplied software, and show no signs of installation, programming or physical damage.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit amount for all approved returns.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for outbound shipping costs on returns. If DMM paid freight on the original order, return shipping charges will be deducted from the credit.

RMA Authorization: All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, please contact our Customer Support team (see Section 4). Returns received without an RMA may be refused or incur additional fees.
2. Standard Warranty

Coverage Period: DMM products carry a 1 Year limited warranty from the date of shipment against defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s Covered:

Repair or replacement of defective parts at no charge (subject to parts availability).

Labor costs for factory repair of warranted defects.

Exclusions & Limitations:
-
Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accident, abuse, or environmental factors.

Consumables (e.g. fuses, batteries) unless failure is due to a manufacturing defect.

Shipping costs to and from the factory for warranty repairs (unless otherwise agreed).
-
Secondary damages or business-interruption costs.

3. Warranty & Return Procedure

Contact Support – Before returning any product, reach out to DMM Customer Support (Section 4) for troubleshooting and to initiate an RMA if appropriate.

Obtain RMA – Once eligibility is confirmed, you will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions.

Ship the Item – Pack the product securely, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship to the address provided.

Inspection & Credit/Repair – Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval.

For Returns: Credit (less restocking fee) will be issued within 20 business days of inspection.

For Warranty Repairs: We’ll repair or replace the item and return it as promptly as possible.
