Application Example

The DYN4 servo drive and 750W motor is used in mixing machines primarily for use in the Automotive industry.  The smoothness and quietness of the low inertia 750W motors contributed to ideal performance of the machine.

Various DMM products are used across Balancing machines for the automotive industry.  Balancing machines are complex due to their requirement for high precision along with combination of fast position and torque feedback requirements.  But DMM drives and motors are proven successful in this application.

DMM drives and motors are used across brake, battery and regenerative testing systems for major racing teams.  Even through the load inertia and back-emf of these systems is extremely high, DMM products were successful in handling these loads.

The DYN4 and DYN2 servo drives are used across various feeding and dispensing machines.  These machines are used to feed materials such as silicon and glue to robotic extruders that dispense them on automotive parts during assembly.  The smooth position and torque control of our products is ideal for these applications.

The DYN5 servo drive and 1.8kW motors are used across various assembly facilities for assembly of automotive parts.  Most notably, our products are used for final assembly of automotive interior liner parts for a major EV manufacturer.  The DYN5 servo drive proved successful in easy integration with the existing plant SCADA system using Ethernet/IP and the profile position and speed commands were extremely easy to use.
